Becoming a resident

To become a member of Godhuli you should be at least 55 years of age and in case of couples at least one of the partners should have attained the age of 55 years. You should be required to enroll with Godhuli with a token amount of Rs. 400 (Four Hundred only) for the admission prospectus and a pre–admission medical assessment through Godhuli’s empanelled Gerontologist after which you would be eligible to register as a resident of Godhuli.

Security Deposit

The provision for security deposit has been made to ensure proper maintenance, safety and security of the residents. The deposited amount may be used to meet the expenses in case of emergent or any major medical treatment ground.

Registration

Registration will be made along with the Security Deposit. In case you are within Kolkata our representative would personally reach you and help you out completing the necessary paper works. For outstation applicants, admission prospectus along with forms, rules & regulation and agreement would be mailed by post or can be obtained online through our webmail. godhuli_senior@ymail.com Security money can be deposited by the sponsor of resident or resident himself/ herself in our office, by account payee cheque drawn in favor of “Godhuli Senior Citizens’ Home Pvt. Note

40% Security Deposit refundable. Rest 60% will be deposited to Godhuli Social Welfare Fund.

5% Monthly charges will be increased per year on the basic monthly charges.

Assistance services will be chargeable. (Such as - Hospitalisation / Doctor Visit / Banking Service or any other purpose.)
